He holds multiple industry certifications, including ITIL, PMP, MCSE, CCNP, and Jira and JSM.

His experience spans both enterprise and mid-market organizations, supporting successful digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

She holds an MBA with a specialization in Operational Efficiency, providing a strong foundation in process improvement and organizational performance management.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys dog training and is currently working with her 9-month-old Boston Terrier toward achieving the AKC Canine Good Citizenship certification. She also enjoys gardening and reading, which provide a balance of creativity, activity, and relaxation.
