Harjinder brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise service management and digital transformation, with expertise in business and technology strategy, process design, and AI-driven service delivery. Known for his customer-first and outcome-driven approach, he focuses on building high-performing teams and delivering solutions that align technology with business goals. He holds multiple industry certifications, including ITIL, PMP, MCSE, CCNP, and Jira and JSM.
Outside of work, Harjinder enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and being outdoors—whether exploring new destinations or simply enjoying quality time together.

Carlos Vasquez
Solution Specialist
Carlos Vasquez is a Solution Specialist at ANB Technologies, where he helps organizations transform their IT Service Management (ITSM) environments into scalable, high-performance systems. Known for his consultative and solutions-oriented approach, he works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, solve complex challenges, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions. His experience spans both enterprise and mid-market organizations, supporting successful digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys weight training, biking, and listening to live music with family and friends.
